For anyone who runs something

Finance?Done.Fast!

Hotels, filling stations, laundromats, shops, a company you founded, or all of them at once. Every business you own in one view, the money you are owed found for you, and only the handful of things that genuinely need you left to decide.

$9.99 per bank account, $4.99 per card, a month. 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

What you get

Built for owners running two to twenty businesses. Big enough that the numbers no longer add themselves up, small enough that nobody is paid to do it full time.

A bar chart of months that climbs, with a line carrying on past the last bar into what is still to come

Financial awareness, not just bookkeeping

What came in, what went out, what is coming, and what it means, in plain figures you can read in a minute. Not a chart of accounts you need training to interpret.

One screen answers “can I afford this?”

Five payments leaving on the left; four arrive, one runs dashed to an empty circle

The money the platforms never sent

Stripe, Square, Booking.com, DoorDash, your fuel network. They collect for you, keep a fee, and settle late in a bundle. We check every statement against your bank and name what never arrived, what came up short, and what was charged above your usual rate.

Most owners find something in the first month.

Five separate businesses, their lines converging into a single ring

Every business, one screen

Two businesses or twenty, in any mix of trades. Each keeps its own books, and you still see total cash across all of them.

Money is never mixed between businesses.

A receipt on the left joined by a dotted line to a ticked entry on the right

Nothing counts until you say so

Every transaction waits for your approval before it reaches a report. Say yes once for a supplier and we stop asking.

You decide once, not every month.

Two ledgers side by side with a dividing line between them, never mixed

Your own money too

Keep your personal accounts beside the businesses, never inside their totals. Free, on every business you pay for.

The one habit that costs owners at tax time.

A receipt on the left turning into three categorised lines on the right

Receipts read themselves

Photograph it, forward it, or let us pull it from your inbox. Amount, date and supplier are matched to the payment that pays it.

Statement emails become audited data.

A total at the top opening downward into the four transactions that make it up

Tap any number, see why

No figure is a dead end. Click it and you land on the transactions behind it, every time.

Nothing is a black box you have to trust.

A month of records on the left handed across to a sealed, ticked package on the right

Your accountant will thank you

Close the month, export the package, hand it over. We sit on top of QuickBooks rather than replacing it.

No migration, no retraining, no rip-out.

From nothing to your first crosscheck, in six steps

Most of it is done in an afternoon. Nothing here needs an accountant to set up.

  1. Create your account

Name, work email, a password. We send a verification message; open it and you are in.

    • Verification is required. An unverified account is never treated as ready.
    • You accept the terms explicitly, and we record which version and when.
    • No card is asked for. Every new account starts on a 14-day trial of the whole product.
  2. Add your businesses

One company per business, the way you already hold them. Your personal accounts go here too, and are kept out of every business total.

    • A business gets a trading chart of accounts; a personal book gets a household one.
    • Billing follows the number of businesses, so adding one is a line on the invoice, not a new plan.
    • A near-identical name raises a warning rather than a block, because plenty of owners run two.
  3. Connect your accounts

Link a bank or card through the provider’s own handoff, or upload statements yourself. Both are first-class.

    • BKApp.ai never asks for a bank username or password. Ever.
    • A live connection is authorised through your bank and can be revoked whenever you like.
    • No feed available? Statement upload gives you the same books, a month at a time.
    • Add credit cards with the last four digits only, never a full card number.
  4. Choose how documents are read

Pick the model that reads your receipts and invoices, or keep the rule-based layer.

    • Claude is the default. OpenRouter opens up most other models.
    • Use the deployment’s key, or paste your own and be billed by your provider directly.
    • Your key goes into an encrypted vault. No signed-in account can read it back.
    • Every extraction is a suggestion to check, never a posting made on your behalf.
  5. Forward the settlement statements

Stripe, Square, Booking.com, DoorDash and the rest all email you a statement. Point a mail client at that folder and the audit runs on its own.

    • We never take your mail password. The mailbox stays where it is.
    • Himalaya is the documented client; anything that can POST a file will work.
    • Each token writes to exactly one business, and reads nothing at all.
    • Everything arrives held for review. Nothing posts to the books unseen.
  6. Work the queue

From then on, the daily job is short: read what needs a decision, decide it, and stop.

    • Corrections teach the rules, so the same question is not asked twice.
    • Reconcile deposits, close the period, export for your accountant.

You pay for the accounts you link

No tiers to compare and no feature held back. Every account gets the whole product, and your personal accounts sit beside them without ever being mixed into a business total.

$9.99per bank account, per month
$4.99per credit card, per month

Billed monthly, cancel anytime. Personal and business accounts cost the same, because they are the same work. An account you close or exclude is not billed.

100% satisfaction guaranteed

If you are not happy with the value we provide, tell us. We refund your most recent month and close your account. No justification required and no exit interview.

How far back you can see

A monthly subscription covers this month and the one before it, which is what the crosscheck needs: a card batch from the 29th settles in the next month, and a statement for late March arrives in April. To reconcile anything older, pay for a year and your whole history unlocks at once. An annual payment is not refundable, because that history is handed over immediately. Better said here than discovered later.

  • Settlement crosscheck for Stripe, Square, Booking.com, delivery apps and fuel networks
  • Point-of-sale and property systems reconciled to the bank, day by day
  • Every business and your personal books in one view
  • Money between your own businesses, paired and netted
  • Large payments and anything that looks wrong, flagged for you
  • Owner approval before anything reaches a report
  • Bank and card feeds, or statement upload
  • Documents read automatically, from email or a photograph
  • Cash forecasting and budgets
  • Exports for your accountant, on any plan

14 days, no card. Bring one month of statements and see what it finds.

Two businesses with three accounts each comes to about $45 a month. Comparable multi-entity tools start in the hundreds and take weeks to install. This runs on your existing books and is useful the day the first statement arrives.

Straight answers

The questions worth asking before you trust anything with your books.

Does this replace QuickBooks?

No, and it is not trying to. Your accountant keeps the general ledger where it is. We do the part QuickBooks cannot: matching what Stripe, Square, Booking.com, your delivery apps and your fuel network say they paid against what actually reached your bank, across every business you own.

What does the guarantee actually mean?

If you are not happy with the value we provide, tell us. We refund your most recent month and close your account. You do not have to justify it and we will not put you through an exit interview. The one exception is an annual payment, which is not refundable, because paying for a year unlocks your entire history the moment it goes through.

Why per account?

Because an account is what the work actually is: a feed to pull, a balance to watch, deposits to match. $9.99 for a bank account and $4.99 for a card, since there is less to reconcile on a card. Two businesses with three accounts each is about $45 a month. Personal accounts cost the same as business ones, because they are the same work.

Do you need my bank password?

Never. Connections are made through your bank’s own authorisation screen, and the access it gives us can be revoked whenever you like. If you would rather connect nothing, upload statements instead. It works the same way, a month at a time.

How do you get the statements?

Forward them, upload them, or point a mail client at the folder they land in and they arrive on their own. Most of these are PDFs and spreadsheets with no API behind them, which is exactly why nobody reconciles them by hand for long.

How much history do I get?

A monthly subscription covers this month and the one before it, and that is the period we import when you link an account. It is what the crosscheck needs rather than a teaser: a card batch taken on the 29th settles in the following month. To reconcile anything older, pay for a year and your full history unlocks straight away. That annual payment is not refundable, because the history is handed over immediately.

Is this only for hotels?

No. The statement audit started with travel agencies because their remittances are the worst offenders, but the same three checks work on any payer who collects for you and settles later: card processors, delivery apps, marketplaces, fuel networks. Filling stations, laundromats, shops, restaurants and founders use the rest of it exactly as a hotel owner does.

Is this accounting software?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. It is a reconciliation and visibility tool. It does not file anything with any tax authority and does not replace your accountant. Every figure is produced automatically, may be wrong, and must be checked.
